Requirements:
- Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
- 4 or more years of professional experience in roles as: IT Operations Manager; Site Reliability Engineer lead; Platform Engineer lead; Production Support lead; Devops team lead; Infrastructure lead; Cloud Operations lead; Systems Engineering lead;
- Hands-on technical expertise in last year at least in one type of technology solution (e.g., CRM, Billing, Order Management, Middlewares or similar enterprise complex solutions);
- Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).
Nice to have:
- Willingness to travel;
- Experience ith APM monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or NewRelic) and/or ELK stack;
- Experience with Issue & Tracking systems (e.g., JIRA or ServiceNow)
- Knowledge in troubleshooting applications in production environments (e.g., Weblogic, JBoss, Databases, Java or similar technologies).
- Knowledge in Cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS or GCP);
- Knowledge using relational databases or NoSql (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra);
- Good level of Spanish.
Important informations:
- Must be living in Portugal.
- Hybrid - Almada.
