What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for the operation and further development of the M365 infrastructure and services and work virtually in a product team in Switzerland.
- You will develop and implement M365 platform services as the basis for digital workplace.
- You provide support for M365 services including Exchange Online/on-Prem, Teams and the SharePoint Online environment.
- As part of the M365 Product Team, you will be actively involved in the incident, change, release and lifecycle management of the platforms including 24/7 on-call Service.
- You will also provide technical support for employees with questions or problems relating to the IT infrastructure.
- You will be single point of contact for user or infrastructure problems on site in the areas of PCs, printers, network (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications and will be in close contact with the support teams in Switzerland.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in the area of M365 services and Exchange;
- Experience in IT support in the areas of PCs, printers, networks (LAN/WLAN) and workplace applications;
- Fluent in English and German (written/oral).
