What will you be doing?
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management application.
- Manage communications through various tools such as Teams, Outlook, and, in some cases, by phone.
- Follow all procedures to ensure that KPIs are measured.
- Ensure the quality assurance of digital content for the deployment of e-learning training.
- Be responsible for data extraction and presentation, in collaboration with the support team.
- Work in coordination with the project/development team.
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in French (mandatory).
- B2 level of English.
- Knowledge of HR procedures (a plus), particularly in recruitment and talent management.
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) and data quality (a plus).
- Understanding of how a Learning Management System (LMS) works (a plus).
- Administrative mindset and good communication skills due to the support activity.
