We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are going to do?
- Ensuring that all activities have an associated owner;
- Monitoring ongoing project activities;
- Schedule alignment sessions between streams and follow up on the following actions:
- Activities completed since the last project status;
- Activities expected to be completed by the next project status;
- Risks, issues, dependencies and system unavailability;
- Progress of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs);
- Tracking the achievement of the project scope;
- Identification of overdue activities;
- Updating the plan and action for each stream;
- Updating project documentation;
- Carrying out the project's executive report;
- Analysis of KPIs to monitor team performance.
What are we looking for?
- + 4 years experience in projects and more than 2 years experience in managing technological projects;
- +1 year of experience in in MS project;
- Standardization of project timelines of more than 3 years;;
- Management and monitoring of project progress;
- Knowledge of office and project methodologies;
- Experience in banking – plus;
- Fluent in Portuguese – Mandatory .
