Role Overview:
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (React & Python) to join one of the leading multinationals in the Portuguese market, known for its diversified business portfolio. It has a solid culture focused on innovation and digital transformation - offices in Lisbon (hybrid).
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications for advanced systems, including chatbots, speech bots, and knowledge tools.
- Design and implement scalable, responsive front-end interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Build robust and efficient back-end systems using Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and AI specialists, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization across the stack.
- Stay updated on advancements in web technologies and best practices in software development.
- Create technical documentation and effectively communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Integrate generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and APIs as needed to enhance applications, though this is not a core requirement.
What you are like:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Proven expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Redux) and back-end development using Python (FastAPI preferred).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind.
- Experience working with databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and integrating cloud services, especially Azure.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (e.g., Git).
