We are looking for fluent English speakers to work in customer support positions. You will be assisting clients of renowned worldwide companies and working in an international environment.

What We Are Looking For In a Candidate

What You Will Have To Do

• Communicate with customers (by chat, e-mail and phone) and ensure maximum satisfaction
• Your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support; you will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services.
• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:
• Identify account holder;
• Verify account information;
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
