Responsibilities:
- Verify application availability and status of overnight batch processing;
- Produce a daily system status report (at 8:30 am with updates throughout the day) including transactional availability of applications, batch processing summary, and status of sensitive data flows;
- Restart failed processes in collaboration with application squads;
- Actively monitor the monthly system shutdown (approximately four weekends per year);
- Monitor batch processing outside of business hours (evenings or weekends) for major IT operations (less than ten per year);
- Handle requests and incidents, performing first-level analysis, resolution, or escalation to application squads and/or relevant teams;
- Track incident resolution.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' worth of experience as an IT Support Analyst;
- Extensive experience with Batch scheduler: Control-M;
- Knowledge of SQL, Oracle DBMS;
- Knowledge of Distributed technical architecture (Web) and Client-Server;
- Knowledge of Unix and Windows scripting;
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, XRAY);
- Previous experience with incident and change management tools like ServiceNow are a plus;
- Knowledge of the Leasing or Banking business;
- French fluency;
- Good level of written and technical English.
