Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Support Analyst who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify application availability and status of overnight batch processing;
  • Produce a daily system status report (at 8:30 am with updates throughout the day) including transactional availability of applications, batch processing summary, and status of sensitive data flows;
  • Restart failed processes in collaboration with application squads;
  • Actively monitor the monthly system shutdown (approximately four weekends per year);
  • Monitor batch processing outside of business hours (evenings or weekends) for major IT operations (less than ten per year);
  • Handle requests and incidents, performing first-level analysis, resolution, or escalation to application squads and/or relevant teams;
  • Track incident resolution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' worth of experience as an IT Support Analyst;
  • Extensive experience with Batch scheduler: Control-M;
  • Knowledge of SQL, Oracle DBMS;
  • Knowledge of Distributed technical architecture (Web) and Client-Server;
  • Knowledge of Unix and Windows scripting;
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, XRAY);
  • Previous experience with incident and change management tools like ServiceNow are a plus;
  • Knowledge of the Leasing or Banking business;
  • French fluency;
  • Good level of written and technical English.
