ISTO.wants to hire a Junior Graphic Designer to play a critical role on the creative team, to continuously strategize together with our Creative Team.
The role will be responsible for helping to accelerate the brand's visual identity.
The successful candidate should understand our vision, mission and core values.
Most importantly, should understand this is a startup role with a holistic view and responsibility.This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.Focus:? Work with the creative team, co-founder and marketing teams to produce forward thinking designs with an on-brand aesthetic? Help creating creative concepts and development of content for social media campaigns? Delivering visual assets, static and motion design for social media, performance marketing, and other channels? Take part in brainstorming meetings and creative sessions? Developing a deep understanding of our brand's values, visual identify and culture behavioursReach if you have:? Portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design skills, including web and print design, visual storytelling? Min 2 years of experience? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities? Fluent in English and Portuguese? Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools?
