We are looking for a UX Designer for a project in Lisbon area, for a 5 months project.
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience working as a UXer or in Product Design;
- 3+ years of experience working in the technology industry;
-Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g. design, engineering);
-Able to work autonomously or in a team;
-Fast learner, willing to experiment with new technologies;
-Ability to go from macro vision to implementation details in an iterative, highly collaborative, and supported way;
-Facilitate UX workshops from discovery to delivery;
-Be a specialist in one of these tools: UserPilot, App Cue, User Guiding, or WalkMe;
-Be a specialist in working with Figma and with a Design System;
-Degree in a UX related field and professional experience with digital products;
-Great communication skills;
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
