Role : Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported via support tickets, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact; Produce and maintain technical documentation related to support development activities; Writing and implementing efficient code; Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, and maintains software components mainly on top of ebankIT product platform; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve software-related incidents.
Profile :
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Previous experience with Microsoft development tools;
- Experience in .Net Core, ASP.Net, C#, MVC;
- Solid knowledge of Web services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript;
- Knowledge of SQL language and experience using relational databases with preference for SQL
- Server;
- Adaptability to technologically complex contexts;
- Previous experience working with SCRUM methodologies is a plus;
- Fluency in English and/or French, and/or Spanish;
- Availability to travel outside the country;
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills;
- Problem solving and proactive attitude.
