- Provide personalized travel consulting to international clients, with a focus on Portugal and Spain.
- Ensure a unique travel experience by meeting all of our clients' needs.
- Create and manage travel itineraries efficiently and with great attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in International Travel Consulting, with a focus on incoming travel to Portugal and Spain.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of tourism offerings in Portugal and Spain.
