Como Customer Success Engineer você será responsável pela gestão do relacionamento com contas e prospects de instituições acadêmicas (universidades, centros de pesquisa e startups) presentes em Portugal e Espanha. Sua função primordial é gerar e identificar demanda das soluções de software oferecidas pela ESSS nestes clientes/leads, reportando estas atividades para os seus gestores internos e os representantes de vendas que administram os contratos dessas instituições
Principais responsabilidades:
- Planejamento e execução de atividades que aumentem a adoção do Software Ansys nas contas designadas do território;
- Promover apresentações, workshops, campanhas e discussões técnico-comerciais;
- Elaboração de apresentações periódicas das atividades realizadas.
Requisitos:
- Graduação em Engenharia, Física ou áreas correlatas;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento para interagir com professores, pesquisadores, e profissionais de startups;
- Necessário Português e Espanhol fluentes;
- Inglês intermediário;
- Disponibilidade para viagens dentro da península Ibérica.
Desejável:
- Conhecimentos em softwares CAE para engenharia;
- Experiência com desenvolvimento de atividades comerciais.
