What are you going to do?
- Develop tailored solutions in CRM Dynamics on-premises, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory frameworks;
- Analyze and interpret organizational needs, applying best practices to system architecture and functional design;
- Support implementation teams by clarifying application rules and business logic;
- Configure and optimize workflows in CRM Dynamics 365, making the most of built-in features;
- Customize data structures, forms, views, and entities to enhance system usability;
- Design and develop custom components and integrations between Dynamics 365 and Microsoft products like Office, Exchange, and SharePoint, as well as external platforms like CISCO CTI;
- Ensure seamless system functionality, prioritizing efficiency, scalability, and security.
What are we looking for?
- Extensive experience in CRM Dynamics, with a preference for on-premises implementations;
- Strong background in C#, .NET, and JavaScript, with the ability to develop high-quality code;
- Knowledge of system architecture and organizational workflows, ensuring scalable and well-structured solutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2016, including database optimization and management;
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese (native level) and English (fluent).
