As a Recruitment Business Partner at Hitachi you will play a crucial role in the end to end talent acquisition lifecycle. Working closely with a group of key stakeholders across the business and with the HRBP's as a "one HR" team. We are seeking an RBP for either our Lisbon, Crakow or Madrid offices.

This diverse role will see you building strong business relationships to aid with forecasting, planning and proactively pipelining talent. The scope is international, including all of EMEA and at times the US and the roles will span sales, services and engineering.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Owning the hiring and business/HRBP relationships in key countries &/or lines of business across the region.
  • End to end management of multiple roles, across multiple business units, stakeholders and geographies.
  • Workforce planning in conjunction with HRBPs and business leaders enabling reduced time to hire through proactive pipelining.
  • Employer Branding: Work with local teams and marketing to create the content that will help us attract candidates and give them the best candidate experience. Helping to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Delivering exceptional hiring manager experiences by not only attracting the best talent, but by ensuring best practices and rigour are maintained throughout the process.
  • Delivering exceptional candidate experiences by demonstrating deep knowledge of the Hitachi Vantara EVP, culture and values as well as the team(s) you are building. All whilst applying the best practices and rigout (above) to the selection process.
  • Compiling and presenting relevant data points to leaders on a quarterly basis – usually in powerpoint (you have access to the usual sources, PowerBI, ATS data in Excel, Linkedin Insights, Linkedin Reports etc)


What You Bring to the Team:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Coupled with the ability to build relationships with executives, business leaders, HR colleagues and prospective candidates.
  • Methodical and structured in your approach to each stage of the process from qualification/briefing, assessment, sourcing, engaging then negotiation, closing and onboarding.
  • Languages: business fluent English is required, with any of Spanish, French, German or Portuguese being highly desirable.
  • A track record in attracting talent from a diverse range of disciplines (sales, services &/or engineering) – it's fine to be excellent at 1 or 2 and adaptable to pick up the 3rd
  • A data driven mindset with the ability to present, recommend and influence leaders and hiring decisions based on key market data points
  • Experience in using a range of talent acquisition tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Linkedin Insights, Greenhouse or Workday ATS, Zoom Info, etc.
  • Experience in the IT industry is essential, preferably in Infrastructure/Storage or IT services
  • An agency background is also preferred, you have transitioned in house in your current or last role.
