What are you going to do?
· Working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop customized scripting solutions.
· Identifying and proposing technical strategies to fulfill functional needs.
· Creating, maintaining, and testing bespoke scripts for Genesys Cloud.
· Collaborating on solution design, architecture, and security considerations.
· Continuously enhancing and optimizing scripts to improve system performance and user experience.
What are we looking for?
· Experience with Genesys Cloud architecture and features, particularly User Interface Scripting;
· Integrating Genesys Cloud with third-party applications and databases;
· Utilizing the Genesys API Explorer catalog;
· Designing and implementing complex scripts in Genesys Cloud to support end-user operations;
· Strong skills in debugging, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication;
· Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above);
· Hybrid work model: 2 to 3 days/week in office in Lisbon.
· Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
