Aubay Portugal is a multinational French company, in Portugal since 2007. We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. What are you going to do?
- Work closely with Business Analysts to gain a deep understanding of business requirements and end goals for each request;
- Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and fully testable;
- Understand the technical implementation and design coherent test cases to identify errors, regressions, and weaknesses in the solution;
- Apply relevant testing techniques depending on the implemented functionality (functional testing, stress testing, end-to-end integration testing, etc.);
- Lead the testing process, coordinate stakeholders, and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including writing test cases and preparing data in test environments;
- Document testing phase results and findings clearly and thoroughly;
- Lead stakeholder meetings throughout the process (approval/rejection sessions, demo sessions, entry/exit gates, etc.);
- Define and implement testing strategies for new features and regression testing.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or testing roles;
- 4+ years of experience in technology projects, ideally with exposure to call center environments;
- Experience in creating user stories, test plans, test cases, and test result reports;
- Solid knowledge of various testing types and strategies, including unit, integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing;
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud;
- Strong experience using Jira and Zephyr, including full test workflow implementation;
- Experience working in Agile environments and with associated project/test tools;
- Spoken English proficiency (minimum B2 level);
- Residency in Portugal (mandatory).
