We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Test Lead - CRC
Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Coimbra. Candidates must be in Portugal already!
The amazing you, will have:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance or Testing roles.
- Minimum of 4 years working on technology-driven projects, ideally with initial exposure to call center environments.
- Proficient in creating user stories, test plans, test cases, and documenting test results.
- Proven knowledge of various testing types and strategies, including unit, integration, system, user acceptance, and regression testing.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong proficiency in Jira and Zephyr, particularly in managing testing workflows and using them as primary QA tools.
- Experience in Agile environments, with familiarity in Agile testing and project tools, is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Work hybrid model, 2x/week, in Coimbra.
