Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Engineer to integrate our teams in one of our clients. You will have the opportunity to integrate projects in a financial group rooted in local communities, with solidity, trust, proximity and modernity, equipped with a range of solutions, products and services capable of satisfying all the financial and protection needs of families, businesses and companies.
What you will do:
You'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing data pipelines using Python and PySpark, ensuring data quality across its entire life cycle with a strong focus on Life Cycle Management (LCM). You'll work with complex data models, analyze large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. Additionally, you'll enhance data architecture, automate processes, and ensure compliance with data security and privacy best practices.
What you are like:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Proven experience in Python and PySpark, with a strong focus on data manipulation and transformation;
- Deep knowledge of data models and data architecture, including design and optimization;
- Experience with Life Cycle Management (LCM), ensuring effective control of the data life cycle;
- Experience with data storage and processing systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git);
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (nice to have);
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and process automation (is a plus);
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across different areas of the organization.
