YOUR ROLE
We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in PMO to join our teams in Lisbon.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
- Governance Meetings – Preparation and organisation of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of processes
- Budget consolidation (revenues & costs), follow-up and updates in dedicated financial tools
- Ongoing routine support in creating, maintaining and reporting data in terms of portfolio, resources, budget, applications, project templates etc.
- Analysis and key data points, reports and dashboards on financial performance for relevant meetings, committees and forums
- Support for timely communication to stakeholders
- Resource allocation and TimeTracking management.
- MS Office expertise, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, empathy.
- Attentive, available, reliable/responsible and resilient mind-set.
- Proactive and results oriented.
- Willing to learn and accept new challenges.
