Randstad Digital is hiring a Roles & Authorizations Solution Lead for direct integration, in a company located in Porto. The Roles & Authorizations Solutions Lead will oversee the design and implementation of the Roles and Authorization structure within ERP (IFS) solution.
Hybrid work model (3 days on-site; 2 days remote / week).

- Interface with IFS Service Delivery Team and Solution Architect for proper design and implementation;
- Manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of R&A within IFS solution;
- Third-Party and Privileged Access Management;
- Processing and fulfilment of service desk requests and incidents, ensuring that:Customers are always kept up to date.
- All access requests are dealt with within the SLA set.
- All access requests are appropriately authorized.
- Coordinate resolution of escalated incidents and implementation of Change requests;
- Carry out routine monitoring activities for redundant and unused accounts, amongst other reporting activities;
- Support the implementation of new or improved access control processes;
- Responsible for documenting policies and procedures specific to the scope of responsibilities, ensuring document compliance with Quality Standards;
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users;
- Continuously evaluate and optimize R&A structure within IFS solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
- Interact with IFS Solution providers and other External partners;
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IFS solution trends and IAM technologies.
requisitos/requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions (IFS is preferred);
- Good knowledge of identity access management systems, including Active Directory, and proven experience in security and access management in ERP solutions(IFS is preferred);
- Knowledge of ERP systems and processes and methodologies (IFS is preferred);
- Understanding Identity Access Management best practices, processes and controls, including recertification, SOD, and role-based access control;
- Competent in using reporting tools; creating and manipulating large volumes of data;
- Excellent project management, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

Direct contract (contrato sem termo), health and life insurance, meal allowance of 10,2 €/work day, annual bonus up to 8% (company results and individual performance) + 40€ / month transportation + pension plan.
