We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst Salesforce
Seniority: Senior (5+ years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce, ideally Service Cloud Hands-on experience with Live Chat,
- Chatbot integrations, or conversational platforms (e.g., Salesforce Live Agent, Einstein Bots, Intercom, Drift, etc.) MANDATORY.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, case management, and customer support processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Fluent in Portugues and English.
- Nice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant)
- Experience with third-party chatbot platforms or NLP tools Exposure to customer experience (CX) or customer journey mapping Background in customer service operations or digital transformation
