We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst
Seniority: Mid - Senior (4+ years)
Type of position: Hybrid model in Porto. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!
The amazing you, will have:
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in ServiceNow projects
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to create clear documentation (business cases, process maps, user stories)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
- Nice to Have: ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM) .
- Knowledge of integrations with other IT systems or platforms
- Familiarity with CMDB, Asset Management, or HRSD modules Experience in multinational or enterprise-level environments
