What are we looking for?
- Educational background in Engineering or Management;
- More than 6 years of experience in project delivery and over 4 years in managing technology projects;
- Experience in the banking sector (preferred);
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (such as Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban);
- Ability to create and manage schedules, budgets, and resources;
- Experience with tools such as MS Project and Jira;
- Ability to analyze data and KPIs to monitor project progress and performance;
- Identification and mitigation of potential risks;
- Strong skills in managing stakeholder expectations and needs;
- Experience in implementing complex IT projects (ideally involving OutSystems, Appian, APIs);
