Position Summary

We are looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. This professional will be responsible for supporting the company's administrative and financial activities, ensuring the smooth running of internal processes, document control, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting the preparation of financial reports, as well as other related administrative tasks. They will be a key link between the finance department and the rest of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
