Location Viana do Castelo, Portugal Internship purpose Support in HVCH projects, in the tasks of defining the production processes, as well as in the documentation and registration of the processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in the new manufacturing process development and implementation
- Collaborate in the development of quality and support documentation to production processes
- Support the definition of production layout
- Prepare support documentation with the results of the testing phase and Quality documentation for new products
- Assist in continuous improvement process
- Support the Maintenance Management Tools (Preventive / Predictive)
- Support the development of the machines specifications
- Respect the safety and cleanliness rules of the workplace
- Comply with safety standards, quality, productivity and hygiene
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of the environmental system management
- Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations such as Ethics Code
- Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which he was hired, when needs or service convenience warranted for a period of time defined as necessary
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or a related field.
- Master Degree in ENgineering area (valuabe)
- Problem Solving knowledge (5W;Ishikawa;PDCA;8D) (valued)
- Knowledge of quality tools
- Knowledge of standard IATF 16949 (preferred)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (valued)
- knowledge of line production environment in the automobile industry (valued)
- IT user skills
- English skills (valued)
- Proficiency level of Portuguese
- Eligibility for a professional Internship by Portuguese law
