What are you going to do?
- Provide 2nd line technical support in network environments (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi), ensuring stability and security.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to connectivity, performance, and security.
- Administer and monitor Check Point security solutions (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).
- Manage and configure F5 appliances (BIG-IP, LTM, ASM, etc.).
- Participate in the analysis, implementation, and improvement of network infrastructure.
- Document technical procedures, incidents, and relevant configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex problems.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Strong knowledge of IP networks and hands-on experience with Check Point and F5 administration and troubleshooting;
- Experience with Check Point firewalls and certifications such as CCST and/or CCNA, F5-CTS, and CCSA;
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networks, switching, routing, NAT, VPN, etc;
- Knowledge of F5 Networks solutions, especially BIG-IP, LTM, and iRules;
- Experience with troubleshooting tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc;
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Shell script, etc.) and experience with task automation;
- Ability to work under pressure and in critical environments;
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks, particularly ITIL;
- Availability for irregular schedules and on-call support.
