What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a senior professional in telecom and networking environments;
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VoWIFI, and softphone systems;
- Hands-on experience with Alcatel routers/switches and Alcatel-based softphony solutions;
- Familiarity with mobile device management, especially for Apple devices;
- Solid understanding of CISCO Wi-Fi infrastructure;
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead or coordinate technical initiatives;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment;
- French language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above);
- Hybrid work model: 2 to 3 days/week in office in Lisbon;
- Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either European citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
