What will you be doing?
- Manage user accounts, e-banking profiles, access rights, and roles in line with security policies.
- Support provisioning and deprovisioning processes for systems, applications, and resources.
- Conduct regular user access reviews to maintain compliance with IAM/security standards.
- Handle password resets and assist with basic IAM issues and incident resolution.
- Respond professionally to client calls and IAM inquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of access requests within SLAs.
- Participate in on-call support (weekends/holidays) when required.
What are we looking for?
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Active Directory, RSA / HID (MFA), Azure Entra ID / O365;
- Good English (min B1);
- Good French (min B2);
- Citizenship or Work permit in Portugal (mandatory).
