We looking for a HR Trainee to join our team!

Important information:

- 9 months internship (starts on September 2025, ends on June 2026)

- Full time position (40 hours per week)

- 1050€ monthly + meal allowance + Hybrid allowance

Responsibilities - your mission

People & Culture team:

As an intern in the People & Culture team at Airbus your tasks may be related with:

You will be contributing to the “ramp up” of Airbus by providing support to our internal recruitment team and to the people & culture team by supporting our internal HR processes from recruitment, admission, onboarding, talent management, leave and absence management, benefits administration and record-keeping to offboarding.

Some of your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Support verification of onboarding readiness for our selected newcomers

  • Prepare admission process alongside HR advisors and initiate onboarding processes with system changes

  • Support our employees on questions related to their contract, benefits and time-keeping

  • Ensure accurate absence and leave tracking, as well as record-keeping necessary to the good functioning of payroll processing

  • Assist offboarding process

  • Assist in the preparation of internal HR processes or audit requirements

HR Operations Team:

  • Support HR Administration activities related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Benefits Administration in compliance with Company policies and labor law and Collective Agreements rules.

  • Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, absence justification)

  • Resolve tickets related to Payroll, Time Management and Benefits Administration

  • Monitor(Robotic Process Automation (RPA) performance for existing applications

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Recent graduates, bachelor students (from the 2nd year onwards) and mastering students;

  • Relevant degree for the area;

  • Organised, with attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Integrity;

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work collaboratively

  • Language: English - Advanced level

  • Another European language is a plus

  • Versatility to work with different technical tools

  • Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance

  • Results oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
