In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.
We are seeking a Transformation & Projects Officer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid model) .
Key responsibilities:
- Align the objectives for defined and agreed activities with business change objectives and authorise the selection and planning of all related projects and activities;
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate activities to manage and implement complex projects from contract/proposal initiation to final operational stage;
- Plan, schedule, monitor and report on activities related to the project;
- Lead the project teams in determining business requirements and translating requirements into operational plans, following the deployment with IT and project teams;
- Determine, monitor and review all project economics, including costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources and risk;
- Support with framing different initiatives, building necessary project trackers to ensure a smooth deployment;
- Animate workshops with operational teams on different topics, consolidating and formalizing results;
- Experience with MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Power BI (nice to have);
- Fluent in English.
