We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will be expected to establish and maintain a company-wide information security management program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected.

Description

• Develop and implement a strategic, long-term security roadmap.
• Ensure that disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.
• Review and approve security policies and controls.
• Manage security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets.
• Ensure compliance with the changing laws and applicable regulations.
• Communicate and advocate the company's security policy and procedures.
• Identify and manage security risks and incidents.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to ensure security throughout the company's infrastructure.

Profile

• Proven experience as a CISO in the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment procedures, policy formation, and role-based authorization methodologies.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and to prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of complex IT systems, including experience with cloud-based services.
