Job Description

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for 2nd line application support, including incident/problem management and resolution. Involved in task automation, service level monitoring, and communication between technical and functional teams. Develop and improve tools, internal processes, and support documentation. Focus on continuous analysis to optimize service management.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in similar roles
  • Strong functional analysis component
  • Experience with SQL Databases
  • Strong knowledge in scripting languages as Bash, Python or Perl
  • Hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for log management and data visualization
  • Experience with Ansible for automation, configuration management, and orchestration of IT systems
  • Experience with Linux and/or Unix operating systems
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP protocols for network communication and troubleshooting
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area
  • Fluency in English

Would be great if you have:

  • Understanding of programing language: Java
  • Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management as code
