Job Description
As a Specialist Financial Controller, you will be a key partner for the business by facilitating effective decision-making through accurate financial information and reports.
In your new role you will:
- Support the Business in the delivery of day-to-day financial activities
- (Revenue & Cost handling – maintenance, budgeting and planning), with high focus on global processes
- Ensure Reporting activities to relevant counterparts about Revenue & Cost controlling
- Cooperate and work effectively with different counterparts at the headquarters and sites
- Understand other financial areas to support decision-making and problem-solving
- Input and maintain data in SAP and other reporting tools
- Ensure adherence to specified timelines in the controlling processes and monthly closing
- Be willing to challenge the status quo, implement improvements, and support automation and digitalization
- Support handover of new activities : take-over phase and documentation
Your Profile
You are personally committed to the customer’s concerns and award them a high priority. You are a fast learner, result-oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical skills. You have excellent organization and communication skills, being able to quickly establish a successful cooperation with your colleagues. Your proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset allow you to tackle problems with a positive perspective. Furthermore, your high-quality standards and ‘hands-on’ approach towards your job are your best allies in achieving excellence.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent fields of studies
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance , preferably in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with SAP FI/CO
- Knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
- Fluency in English
