Here's an overview of the technical skills you'll likely have to embark on our team:
- 2+ years of working experience in systems support and maintenance environment
- IT Support Technician course or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with troubleshooting application errors and performance issues
- Experience with ITIL or Prince2 - namely Incident, Problem, Change and Issue Management processes
- Ability to quickly adapt to core IT areas, including system operations, network basics, software tools, and programming languages used on web projects
- A good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- We seek team members who live in Portugal or are willing and legally qualified to live and work there
