Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding support across various channels
- Guide users through account setup, verifications, logins, and payments
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
- Serve as a go-to contact for clients, especially in the sports sector
- Build strong relationships through empathetic and clear communication
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
- Recommend ways to improve tools, workflows, and the customer journey
- Fluent in English (C2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
