About The Program
BoosT is a 12-month program that will recruit 80 young talent in three distinct paths, each designed to help you develop your potential according to your ambitions.
- Operations Program: In Operations, there are various areas such as Production, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, among others. All interns will rotate between different areas of operations, with one of the rotations being in Production, which is the heart of Operations. For this program, we are looking for candidates with training in various areas of Engineering or Management (such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, among others).
- Corporate Program: Some of the roles that await you are Financial Planning Intern (Collaborate in the development of financial plans that ensure the sustainability of the organization); People Engagement Intern (Create initiatives that promote a culture of collaboration and innovation); Communications & Digital Intern (Contribute to the company's communication strategy and digital presence) and Strategy & Program Delivery Intern (Integrate the front line of executing strategic programs). For this program, we are looking for candidates with training in areas such as Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Communication.
- Commercial Program: Develop your full potential in a strategic and analytical logic. Here you will be an integral part of the business engine, analyzing market trends and creating innovative solutions that drive our growth. Examples of roles you can find in this program are Key Account Intern (Collaborate directly with strategic clients, helping to develop and implement strategies that drive commercial success); Brand Intern (Work on creating marketing campaigns that strengthen the brand's presence in the market); Insights & Analytics Intern (Explore data and generate valuable insights that inform strategic decisions and improve consumer experience) and Digital & Remote Trade Intern (Explore the world of digital commerce, helping to create and implement strategies that connect the brand with consumers in an innovative and impactful way). We are looking for candidates with training in areas such as Management, Information Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Communication.
- You are a person with critical thinking and focused on problem-solving;
- You have ease in working in a team and communicating with others;
- You are available to work full-time starting in September;
- You are a recent graduate or finalist in areas such as Industrial Engineering and Management, IT, Information Management, Management, Marketing, Finance, or similar areas.
- You are agile, adaptable, and have a passion for learning and trying new things;
- You have experience in creating, developing, or coordinating projects, whether Academic (Student Union, Student Association, or Junior Enterprise), Personal (an initiative created by you) or Associative (Scouts or, for example, Volunteering);
- You have some academic or professional experience related to the program you are applying for. For example, if you are applying for the Corporate Program to perform a role related to Human Resources, it would be great if you had been in the Human Resources department of your Student Union.
- Global Exposure: Work in multicultural teams, develop a global perspective of the business, and prepare for a borderless career in one of the largest organizations in the world;
