The Role
As Country Manager Portugal, you’ll be the driving force behind kencko’s presence and growth in the Portuguese market. This is a highly entrepreneurial role responsible for building and executing our local go-to-market strategy, leading commercial partnerships, driving revenue, and building our local team. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand thrives across all channels—retail, e-commerce, and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years in commercial FMCG marketing or sales roles (food & beverage preferred)
- Proven success managing retail partnerships and launching/expanding brands in Portugal
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Deep understanding of the Portuguese consumer and retail landscape
- Data-driven decision-maker; strong analytical mindset
- Start-up or scale-up experience is highly valued
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus
- Comfortable with a hybrid model (in-office in Cabra Figa + field travel as needed)
- Permanent contract;
