Currently, we are seeking a Application Production Support who's eager to continue to evolve, thrives on challenges, and is ready to embark in a new opportunity. This is a hybrid position in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective and responsive first and second level of support for all the applications under your scope;
- Provide application support within the Banking and Financing Services;
- Maintain, guarantee and improve the current service provided by the transversal applications by identifying root causes, suggest and implement improvements on the current processes;
- Contribute to the definition of non-functional requirements that a new application must respect before going in production.
Requirements:
- (4+) years of experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of ETL procedures and Oracle tools;
- Manage details to fully achieve required objectives and safeguard the context;
- Keep efficiency and effectiveness in an environment with a high level of context switching;
- Being able to handle multiple incoming enquiries according to the urgency;
- Strong analytical skills;
