Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive the growth of the division.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.
Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
Oversee high-level operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and luxury market positioning.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate across departments to ensure operational excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high-net-worth clients, distributors, and partners.
Represent the company at industry events and engagements to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

Extensive experience in the luxury consumables industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
Proven track record of successfully developing and scaling new business ventures.
Strong leadership and executive management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong communication and collaboration.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed for business development and strategic initiatives.
Exceptional networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
Fluent Portuguese and English, with more languages an advantage.
