Location: Lisbon or Porto
Main Responsibilities:
- Defines & Implements IT Continuity Policies, while developing strategies, frameworks, and tools to ensure resilience and compliance with group standards.
- Enhances Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions, while guiding IT asset managers in crafting recovery strategies for various scenarios and ensure alignment with continuity requirements.
- Leads IT Continuity Exercises, planning, coordinating and overseeing DR tests to validate recovery effectiveness, while gathering and analyzing evidence for consistency.
- Maintains accurate documentation and reporting of IT continuity plans, incident reports, and procedural guidelines.
- Conducts awareness programs to strengthen continuity readiness across teams.
- Drives improvements in IT continuity processes to maximize efficiency and resilience.
Profile
Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in relevant field.
- At least 4/5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of French is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Data Analysis tools.
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills (ability to present and simplify complex information to various stakeholders).
( Hybrid work , with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON or PORTO per week)
