As a Product Owner for OpRe you will act as the convergence point, be the enabler for drive transversal topics coordination, securing the proper follow up even through the existent silos/different Products/different teams.
You will be key to ensure that support team, and the different vendors (SaaS based solutions) are delivering in alignment with business needs.
Main missions
- The Product Owner manages the squad and ensures it has all the means to accomplish its mission in an effective proactive way.
- You are the agility ambassador and the accountable owner of delivery, engagement, customer value, and alignment with the product lifecycle.
- You work in close cooperation with the Product Manager on the product vision, translating Product strategy into Product deliverables.
- You have strong contact with business stakeholders on improving the solution and building their new functionalities. At same time you promote and market the Product value towards your entities, ensuring the best possible usage and steering the “User Groups”
- You have a key role in managing the different vendors and their individual roadampas.
- You identify the required skills and level of experience (Business Analysts, builders, experts, developers) required for my Product.
- You correctly manage the backlog of tickets in-line with the customer priority making sure the velocity of delivery is optimized.
- You are an evangelizer of good practices such as the continuous improvement mindset within our teams and an instigator for excellence towards the main KPI’s.
Your Profile
As successful candidate you have a solid track record of managing SaaS solutions,. You have already coordinated team members, are experienced in working in geographical dispersed realities and with Onshore and Offshore delivery centers. You master with excellence the art of keeping all stakeholders engaged and timely informed, on the progresses and challenges of the Projects. Technical skills
- Teams coordination (multinational/multicultural will be a plus)
- Good English level and Communication skills.
- Experience in AGILE/SCRUM frameworks/methodologies.
- Resilience and eagerness to drive complex topics, in ambiguous/siloed contexts.
- Commitment, Customer First mindset, Courage and Integrity are key skills to succeed in the role.
