About the RoleThe Operations Associate role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for hospitality. You'll join our Lisbon team and play a key role in the daily operations that support our guests and homeowners. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild authentic relationships with guests through excellent communication and support
Act as a bridge between teams (e.g., Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience), ensuring smooth operations
Oversee reservations and guest communication across Front and Back Office functions
Use our Property Management System (PMS) and internal platforms to coordinate and update operations in real time
Solve operational challenges efficiently, balancing guest satisfaction with cost-effective decision-making
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone proactive, adaptable, and motivated by delivering great service. Ideally, you bring:
Fluent Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
Based in Lisbon, with full availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
This is a 100% on-site role based at our Lisbon office.
Experience in hospitality, reception, tourism, or customer-facing roles
Calm under pressure , with the ability to think fast and remain composed
