Job Description

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for 3rd line application support, including incident/problem analysis and resolution. Involved in task automation, service level management and monitoring, and communication between technical and functional teams. Develop and update tools, internal processes, and support documentation. Focus on continuous analysis to enhance service management processes and tools.

Must-Have:

  • Proven experience in similar roles
  • Strong technical skills in scripting languages as Python, Bash or Perl
  • Experience with Linux and/or Unix operating systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 20000 standards for IT service management and process improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant area
  • Fluency in English

Would be great if you have:

  • Understanding of programing language: Java
  • Hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for log management and data visualization.
