Role Overview:
We are looking for a Data Consultant to integrate our team in a leading global energy and sustainability company!
You will be joining a Data & AI Center, supporting the Data & Analytics and Data Governance policies and best practices.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Data & Analytics and Data Quality initiatives;
- Ensuring consistency in data governance policies and practices across all business platforms to maintain a unified and standardized approach and an alignment with regulatory requirements;
- Implementing the technical data stewardship, ensuring a holistic data scanning and data lineage from the main operational and analytics applications;
- Implement global initiatives to improve overall data quality, with a focus on common challenges faced by multiple business platforms;
- Implementing monitoring mechanisms to track data quality, consistency, and adherence to policies across the organization.
We are looking for:
- Experience with data governance and data policies;
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the capability to assess data quality, recognize trends, and pinpoint challenges and opportunities for enhancement;
- Knowledge or previous experience with data governance tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra, OneTrust, etc.;
- Experience in Business Intelligence and Data and Analytics;
- Experience or knowledge with Azure, Azure Databricks, Fabric, etc.
- Strong communication skills to explain data policies, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Proficiency in English and/or Spanish is a plus.
