What will you be doing?
- Manage user and e-banking accounts, including access rights and role assignments, following internal policies.
- Provision and deprovision access to systems, applications, and resources.
- Perform regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security and audit standards.
- Investigate and resolve basic identity and access management (IAM) issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Ensure all access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines.
- Handle password reset requests efficiently and securely.
- Provide client support via phone, offering clear and professional assistance.
- Maintain a high level of service quality, especially when dealing with repetitive tasks.
- Stay calm and perform under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
- Be available for on-call duties during weekends and holidays as required.
What are we looking for?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
- Experience with Active Directory;
- Basic knowledge of RSA and HID Platforms (MFA);
- Basic understanding of Azure Entra-ID and Office 365;
- English: Intermediate (B1);
- French: Upper Intermediate (B2).
