Leads the back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, inventory control, team coordination, and cleanliness.
Expectations:
- Manage the kitchen schedule and shift transitions
- Maintain food cost controls and portion standards
- Train and support the kitchen team
- Lead daily mise-en-place organization
- Conduct food cost and waste tracking analysis
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed

- Consistency and quality control
